Jim Bond is the man behind The Be A Better Producer Blog. He has been developing himself as a music producer for almost 10 years. Early on in his career, Jim earned a reputation for having a serious grind within the music industry. Using a combination of out of the box thinking, pure will & good music to get his foot in the industry door. Jim has managed to work with a range of artists such as Jim Jones, Lloyd Banks, Ghostface Killah, Joell Ortiz, M.O.P., Ras Kass, Royce Da 5’9″ and many more.
Coming up through the ranks as a producer/member of Dynamic Producer, Jim eventually became Executive Director of Dynamic Producer in 2008. During his tenure at Dynamic Producer, Jim organized & oversaw major music industry events arranging and booking hundreds of industry professionals. Jim has also personally had a hand in placing other producer’s tracks with 50 Cent (2 songs) and Joell Ortiz (4 songs). In May 2011, Jim became the new owner and creative head of the popular drum sound website kicksandsnares.com (Site relaunch coming soon!).
