I was checking out an “FL Studio” session someone sent me and remembered how much I like my own basic beat making template. This is the template I have been using for about 5 years now. Unfortunately, because of the clowns over at “FL Studio”, it is IMPOSSIBLE to create your own template like this (details on that below). So feel free to download this one and make some bangers!
The fellas over at Hippiesabotage.com were kind enough to pass along a whole bunch of samples that they “passed on”. You got about 114 tracks in there. A pretty good mix of different genres. I’ve actually sampled two of the tracks in there. You know what they say, “One man’s garbage is another man’s unexpectedly useful item.” Unfortunately no tracklistings for them, but I’m sure you guys can figure that stuff out.
Well I’m sure most of you out there have seen the “Dr Dre”, “Timbaland”, “Kanye”, “Just Blaze”, etc, drum kits that some other websites sell out there. You know, the websites suckering brand new beat makers who don’t know any better into buying complete bulls#it sounds just off of name recognition…
Apparently there may (OR MAY NOT) be some real superstar producer drums floating around the net now…
